Each editable product has pre-defined editable elements that can be edited with the design tool and fixed elements that cannot be edited.
The design tool will guide you to prepare the material in accordance with the relevant style guide and brand image.
The design tool has three sections that are displayed at all times: element menu, the working area and the editing tools. For some products, the design tool will also display additional options.
Element menu (1.)
The element menu on the left lists all the elements that you can edit. Most text elements can be edited directly via the menu.
Working area (2.)
You can preview and edit the elements of the editable material in the working area. Some elements can only be edited in the working area (such as longer text fields that have been configured to allow the use of multiple editing tools).
Top menu/editing tools (3.)
The top menu will always have the Undo, Redo and Revert commands available. If the product template has been configured to allow you to not only edit text content, but also change the font and text colour, for example, these editing tools will also be displayed in the top menu.
Additional options (4.)
The section to the right of the working area displays the additional options configured for the product template, such as your company’s pre-defined addresses in a drop-down menu.
