Products subject to approval are ordered in the same way as other products.
After placing an order, you will receive an email notification informing you that the product is pending approval.
Once the person responsible for approval has reviewed the ordered product, you will receive a notification informing you whether the product was approved or rejected.
If the product was approved, no further action is required. The order will have been moved to production.
If you receive a notification informing you that the product was rejected, you will need to implement the required corrections and then order the product again. The rejection notification will include a comment from the person responsible for approval.
The quickest way to make corrections to the ordered product is to go to the My profile and copy the rejected order into your shopping cart. Next, open the shopping cart, click the icon to the right of the product and select ‘Edit’ from the menu. If you do not wish to utilise a product of the rejected order, you can also start preparing a new order from scratch.
Finalise the order as normal. You will receive an email notification informing you that the product is pending approval. The order will be moved to production only after it has been approved.
