Implementation of the service

Your user ID, temporary password and the service address have been sent to your email. The service works on modern browsers; we recommend using Google Chrome. The service does not support Internet Explorer browsers. Log into the service using the form found by clicking the address included in the email. Use the temporary password provided in the email.

When logging in, please take note of the following things:

• Check your spam or junk email folders if the email containing your login details does not show up in your inbox folder.
• The final character of the password may be a comma or full stop.
• The password may include letters and numbers resembling each other, such as the number 1 and the lower case L or the number 0 and the upper case O.
• If you copy the password from the email message, make sure that there are no extra spaces before or after the password.
• You must first log into the service with the temporary password before you can use the ‘Forgot password?’ function.
  

When logging in for the first time, you will be directed to change your password. When doing so, you must accept the service’s terms of use by opening the ‘terms’ link, reading the terms and selecting ‘I accept the terms’. Then click the button ‘Change password’. After this, you can log into the service with your new password.
