After logging in, you will see the service’s homepage. From the homepage, you can go and order products, manage your own profile, contact the service administrators and read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
1. Going to the homepage
You can go to the homepage either by clicking the company logo or by selecting the page name from the main menu.
2. Going to the product view
To start browsing products, open the product category menu by clicking ‘Products’ and select your desired product category or open all products in the same view by clicking ‘Start here’. Both actions will open the product category menu on the left side of the page.
3. Product search
To search for products, enter a key word in the search field and select a product from the menu that opens under the search result.
4. Going to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and selecting the language
See the top and bottom of the page for links to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If more than one language version of the page is available, you can choose the language from the upper right corner of the page.
The main menu (1) may also include other content pages besides the homepage, and the top and bottom of the page may include links to other pages besides the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. A link to the user instructions is always provided at the bottom of the page.
5. Going to your profile
To see your profile details, click on your name at the top of the page and then click ‘My Profile’. On your profile page, you can edit your profile details and change your password. You can also see your order history and saved addresses. Read more about profile management here.
6. Going to the shopping cart
To edit your shopping cart or order the products you have added to it, click the shopping cart icon.
7. Support staff contact information
See the support page for the contact information of the support staff. Please contact them if you have any questions about the products or the functioning of the service.
