The service may include products to which you can upload your own print materials. Open the product view by clicking the product name or ‘See Product Details’ button.

In the product view, you can examine possible additional images of the product and the product details. If you wish, you can give the work a title that will show up in your order history and order confirmation. Fill all required product properties such as the material, size and order quantity to the fields. Depending on the field the information may be entered either to open fields as text and numbers or selected from a dropdown menu. After you have entered all the details click ‘Next’ on the top right corner.

To upload print materials, you can either drag the file to ‘Drag file here’ or click ‘Upload file’ and select the file from your directory. A dialog box will notify you when the upload has been completed successfully.

Add the product to the shopping cart by clicking ‘Add to cart’. When you add a product to the shopping cart, you will be taken to the shopping cart. The service automatically checks the printability of the uploaded print materials. Please wait until the check is complete.

There may be deficiencies in the print materials, in which case you will see the text ‘Printfile contains an error that prevents printing’ under the product and the symbol on top of the product image. Always check service notifications before ordering products. You can correct the print materials and upload new materials to the service by opening the product again by clicking ‘Change’.

You can delete the print materials by clicking the icon. Make the necessary corrections to the file and upload new materials. See here for instructions for preparing materials. The customer is responsible for checking the product. Also remember to check the elements and spelling before ordering the product.

We offer the chance to add the correction service to the order at €12.50 (VAT included). Select ‘I want Grano to fix my material for an extra fee’ and, if you wish, provide additional information for the correction service in the designated field. The correction service will correct any errors in the materials and we will then print your order. Use of the correction service will add no more than one day to the delivery time. We will send the corrected materials to your email.

The service will tell you when the print product is technically printable. In this case, the shopping cart will show the symbol on top of the product image, and the product will include no remarks. You can continue adding products by clicking ‘Continue shopping’, make changes in the shopping cart or proceed to order the products by clicking ‘Checkout’.
